You need a video, but there is almost no source material.
When a video is needed quickly
There are situations where a video is needed quickly, but a traditional production is not realistic. Often, all that exists is a single photo, a few product images, or a written story that needs to be turned into a visual form. In these situations, it does not make sense to wait for a shoot day, look for actors, or launch a large-scale production process.
A clear-message video from existing material
The examples on this page bring together solutions where I use existing material — photos, texts, or ideas — and create short videos with a clear message based on them. The focus is on clarity and credibility of the story, not on effects or showcasing technology.
Flexible voice-over solutions
In addition to image and movement, sound also plays an important role. I use a workflow that makes it possible to quickly create Estonian voice-overs without using a studio. This makes it easy to revise texts, test different wording, and respond quickly in situations where the message needs refinement.
Speed and clarity even with minimal source material
An AI-based workflow makes it possible to expand both visuals and audio even when the starting material is minimal. The result is videos suited for announcements, campaigns, and brand storytelling in situations where speed, flexibility, and clarity matter more than the scale of traditional production.
Clips are formatted to match the intended channel
The finished videos are created according to their intended platform and are available in horizontal, square, and vertical formats.
Horizontal (16:9) · Square (1:1) · Vertical (9:16)
This makes it possible to use the same content across different channels without compromising the message or visual quality.

AI-based health podcast
Background
The aim of this project was to explore how realistically it is possible, using today’s AI tools, to create a health-focused podcast that sounds trustworthy and professional.
Health is a topic that requires clarity, balance, and a calm tone. This set a higher quality bar for the project than a simple technical experiment.
Objective
To create a podcast in which:
- the text is logical and well structured
- the voice sounds natural
- the pacing and pauses are balanced
- the message feels human and easy to understand
- the visual identity is consistent

Sleep tablets – a realistic AI television commercial
This commercial is a fully AI-created project — from the visuals to the music and voice-over.
Our goal was not to create a clip with an “AI aesthetic.”
The goal was to create something that feels real.
Focus: believable and consistent characters
At the centre of the commercial is one woman, whom we see in different situations:
- in an evening living room
- lying awake in bed
- in everyday moments of restlessness
- and finally in the morning, feeling rested
The biggest challenge was not a single beautiful shot.
The challenge was consistency.
That the same person would:
- look the same in every shot
- maintain her identity
- react naturally in different situations
- feel like a real person, not a generated visual
Realism before effect
The visual language is deliberately restrained:
- natural skin texture
- soft, motivated lighting
- a documentary-style camera feel
- a non-glamorous aesthetic
We avoided overdramatization.
The message did not need spectacle — it needed trust.
AI as an invisible tool
All characters, shots, music, and voice-over were created using AI.
But the goal was not to showcase the technology.
The goal was for the viewer not to think about the technology even once.
If the viewer focuses on the story, not on how it was made —
then the goal has been achieved.
Carglass – a content creation approach
For Carglass, we create video clips using a flexible and modular production logic. The clips can be made entirely from scratch or can partly use existing material, depending on the need and the campaign objective.
The entire visual and audio side is under our control — including the voice-over, which is created using AI and allows for fast adaptation across different languages, tones, and formats.
Our main focus is on stories that feel familiar to the viewer. The clips connect with social events, seasonality, and weather conditions, and naturally show situations in which chips in a windshield can occur. The result is timely, realistic, and scalable content solutions that work across different digital channels.
AegaOn watch campaign: PROUD TO BE ESTONIAN

Product photo
Our starting point was a single product photo, along with the brief that the final result should feature the watch in a conductor’s hand, with the Song Festival flame visible in the background.
Final result
A cinemagraph in which the product is shown with 100% accurate details and placed in the desired setting.
An informational video created from a single photo
I used just a single photo — a woman sitting at a computer — and created a short video from it that explains how to respond in a situation where you receive a suspicious phone call and are asked for PIN codes or other personal data. The video is designed first and foremost as a clear public information piece, not as a visual effect.
This way of working makes it possible to respond quickly to urgent topics without needing to organize a shoot day, find actors, or run a large-scale production. The focus stays on the message and its clarity, not on technical complexity.
This approach does not replace traditional video production, but it works very well in situations where people need to be warned quickly and clearly, where a complex topic needs to be explained, or where important information needs to be shared. Sometimes a single image and a well-thought-out story are enough for the message to reach the right people at the right moment.
Internet scam warning – a rapid-response animation
We created a short animation warning about internet scams on the very same day that a new fraud scheme in Lithuania became public. The aim of the project was to respond quickly and present the emerging threat to viewers in a clear and visually understandable way.
The animation is built around a simple and recognizable narrative that helps the viewer quickly understand the situation and know how to act in such a case. The fast production process made it possible to keep the content timely and socially relevant.
In addition to the visuals, we also created AI-based voice-overs in three languages — Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian. This made it possible to deliver the same warning message to the entire Baltic audience at once, without the need for a separate and time-consuming localization process.
The project shows how fast content creation, animation, and multilingual voice-over make it possible to respond to social threats in near real time.
